Moscow, Aug 23 (UNI) Russian air defense systems on duty shot down seven Ukrainian drones over the Rostov and Volgograd regions, as well as over the Krasnodar Territory early on Saturday, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"During the past night, from midnight to 01:40 Moscow time [22:40 GMT on Friday], air defense systems on duty destroyed seven Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of the aircraft type: four over the territory of the Rostov Region, two over the territory of the Volgograd Region and one over the Krasnodar Territory," the ministry said in a statement.
No information has been provided on damages or casualties.
